Tasty Planner - Try TOFU

Hello all - as I mentioned a couple weeks back, I am trying out a new website called Tasty Planner.  Here is a super tasty recipe for Tofu. Although it is not a staple in most refrigerators, I challenge you to try it.  It is super packed with nutritional, lean protein - a necessary when trying to get into that lean new you for 2010.
