A wedding and a reunion...now it is time to get back to it!
Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 9:48PM I went to my brothers wedding on the 12th of February and actually stayed on track working out. When I got home though, I let myself go back to old habits. I did not gain weight but I feel yucky. On Sunday, after 2 weeks of sick kids and myself finishing the crud, I resolved to push toward my goal of losing 20 pounds total by the end of March. I am 9 pounds from that goal and truly believe I can do it. It means 3 pounds a week....cheer me on!
My new routine will be cardio every day even if for a 20 minute walk with the kids. Then intense cardio at least 3 times per week and weights 3-4 times per week. I have given myself a little more leniency on my diet. I have too. As a wine steward and employee, I cannot cut it out of my life. It is a part of who I am and what makes me happy. Not drunk happy...I study wine, I sale wine, I write about wine...I am allowing myself wine whenever I want. I am just limiting how much wine.
